Biography
J. Todd Trivett is a Managing Director of DisputeSoft and has served as a consulting or testifying expert in more than 50 cases involving IT project failure and software intellectual property. He has been accepted and testified as an expert in federal court, state court and arbitration. He holds the PMP and IEEE PSEM credentials and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and led forensics for the Independent Inquiry Committee into the UN Oil-for-Food Programme (2004-2005).
