Biography
David W. LaRue is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Virginia, where he spent 25 years on the McIntire School of Commerce faculty and directed its graduate accounting program. He has been recognized as an expert in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, gave invited testimony on tax policy before the House Ways and Means Committee, and is an affiliated expert with Analysis Group. Ph.D. in taxation, accounting and economics and M.S. in accountancy, University of Houston.
